1. Shipping Locations

Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Processing Time

All orders are custom-made and require time to craft before shipping. Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for shipment. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated automatically based on USPS rates at checkout. Free shipping is offered for orders over $75.

4. Delivery Time

Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Most orders will arrive within 3-7 business days after processing. Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order through the USPS website.

6. Lost or Delayed Packages

While we strive to ensure prompt delivery, RR Metal Artist is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by USPS. If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at rrmetalartist@gmail.com, and we will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue.

7. Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. RR Metal Artist is not responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

8. Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping for orders over $75. This offer applies only to U.S. addresses and excludes expedited shipping options.
